This five-day course covers the full cryo-EM workflow from sample to structure: vitrification and cryo-specimen preparation, electron optics fundamentals, contrast transfer function theory, particle picking strategies, and 2D/3D classification in RELION and cryoSPARC.

Each day combines a 90-minute live lecture with a self-paced hands-on module using provided datasets. Daily office hours allow direct Q&A with the instructor.
